– HOW IT WORKS –
What is your process before the event?
Once your booking is confirmed, I arrange an online video meeting to go through the full brief for your conference, meeting, or training day. This allows me to gather detailed information about your company, your goals, and your ethos, ensuring the photography aligns with your brand and messaging.
During this process, we discuss the shot list and success criteria, expected turnaround times, and any key dates such as press or PR releases. We also clarify the purpose of the images — whether for media releases, website content, social media, internal communications, or an online gallery — so everything is captured with intention.
We’ll also cover any privacy considerations or usage terms in advance, ensuring a smooth, professional, and stress-free experience on the day of your event.
What to expect on the day of the event?
On the day of the event, I arrive early to familiarise myself with the venue, lighting, and schedule. I work discreetly and professionally, following the agreed brief and shot list while also capturing natural, candid moments as they happen. I cover all key elements of the event — from arrivals and networking to speakers, audience engagement, branding details, and the overall atmosphere — ensuring nothing important is missed. I work closely with the event team and organisers throughout the day, adapting as needed to make sure the photography supports your goals and runs smoothly.
When can we expect to receive the images?
After the event, I carefully select and edit the images in line with the agreed brief. Depending on your requirements, I can deliver 5–10 fully edited images the next day, ready for press or PR release. The remaining images are then delivered by the earliest agreed date.
All final images are provided via a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share your photographs.
Can you create a promotional slideshow for social media?
Yes. I can select some of the strongest images from your event and create a short slideshow or reel, ready to be shared across your social media platforms.
