After the stress of organising the perfect party, the last thing you need is actually forgetting to capture the main event!
With my experience and expertise, I will take photos of all the special moments at the party/event, while you concentrate in enjoying yourselves.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND EVENTS
2.5 hours of photographer’s time (Minimum)
Basic Editing (light and colour correction and enhancement) of up to 100 digital images on USB stick or sent via web link
Access to private online gallery to share with family and friends
One mounted 10×8″ and five 7×5″ prints
Extra hours charged at £100/hour (Additional 40-50 images per hour)

THEMED PARTY
1 hour of editorial magazine styled photo shoot (need 30 minutes needed on either side to set up and clear)
Selected props brought to the party, followed by a themed photo shoot for up to 12 people (£15 per extra person)
One mounted 10×8” image print for the birthday girl and 12 7×5” prints (1 per person)
Access to private online gallery to share with family and friends
20 high resolution images sent via online transfer.

– HOW IT WORKS –
BEFORE THE SHOOT
Once the session date is confirmed, I arrange for a telephone consultation 1-2 weeks before the photo shoot.
At the telephone consultation we have an informal chat where I get as much information as possible about each family member. I gather the information to build a picture of your family as a whole, from your favourite holiday destination to your family theme song!
This also allows me to find out what exactly you want to achieve from the session, it could be up to date photos of the children, something for the grandparents or some fun time with the family!
After the consultation I send an email with lots of helpful hints on what to wear and how to prepare your family.
Next I plan your bespoke family session that will be totally unique for your family.
ON THE DAY
My style is very playful and I love to engage and play interactive games with the family so everyone is relaxed and natural.
We start with the whole family together and have a few ice breakers to loosen up, followed by children together, each parent with children, parents together, individual portraits and ending with some playful fun shots.
Normally I dedicate 60-90 minutes for each session but don’t think you are posing for that long!! We keep on moving and most importantly keep the children (and dad’s) interested!! Quite often I have children squeezing themselves in the picture when its mum and dads turn!!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Now you can finally sit back and relax. I will be working hard going through your images and selecting the best ones (around 40-50 images) and perfect them individually.
I know you will be anxious see how your photos turned out so I normally share a sneak peek of few images on my face book page.
2 weeks after your session, you will receive an email from me with a link to your password protected gallery. Alternatively I come to you for a special slideshow viewing of your gallery, where I bring all the gorgeous wall products and spend time with you selecting the best way to display your family photos.
Once you have selected your products I will create mock ups for you so you can see how your products will look. After approval and payment, you will get your products hand delivered within 4 weeks.
